The major objective of the project is the research infrastructure development in a foreground branch of Romanian research ? core sciences ? including domains that reach the frontiers of knowledge, where the North-East Region of Romania presents potential and results relevant on medium and long term applied research.

The scientific objective of the project is to create an interdisciplinary center of competence resulting in a research base for multiple users in order to carry out thermo-rheological characterization of polymeric materials.
